Matt Margolis has served as Director at Vuzix since 2017 and is currently Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Relationships and previously as Director ofCorporate Communications and Investor Relations at Vuzix. Prior to working for Vuzix Mr. Margolis was recognized as a talented research analyst focused on augmented reality and emerging early stage technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Babson College.
Waqaas, the founder of Biotricity, is a serial entrepreneur, a former investment advisor and an expert in wireless communication technology. He is the inventor behind the Biioflux, the company’s main product and winner of the 2018 MedTech award, along with the entire product portfolio and corporate vision. Academically, he was distinguished for his various innovative designs in digital, analog, embedded, and micro-electro-mechanical products. His work was published in various conferences such as IEEE and the National Communication Council. Waqaas has published extensively on connected health and healthcare innovation, penning numerous articles in publications such as Beckers, Forbes, Huffington Post, among others.
Cathy Lester is Executive Director for Healthcare at Verizon Enterprise Solutions. As a seasoned professional, her strengths in client relationship development, innovative solution development, and out-of-the-box thinking has propelled her success. She works across the organizational boundaries positioning breakthrough ideation, complex business case development, and creating strategic opportunities that carry a clear path to revenue. She also brings a strong business and marketing acumen with a clear sense of purpose and urgency when faced with diverse situational challenges. Cathy has a B.S. in Finance from Drake University, Master's in Telecommunications and M.S. in Public Health from the University of Denver, and a Master's in Public Health from New York University.

Jamie Italiano is an accomplished, highly motivated and collaborative leader who leverages her 13 years’ experience in the Public Sector at Verizon to drive innovation within the Public Sector Product Solutions organization. Throughout her career at Verizon, she has worked across the business, from professional services sales to managing large government proposals, to curating strategic market research; all of which led to her current role in 5G emerging technology. Notably, she is also the Sr. Product Manager for the Verizon 5G First Responder Lab, a program aimed at finding innovative technology that helps empower the first responders who protect our communities. From critical communications, to situational awareness, to virtual reality, to drones - this work requires finding strategic partners that offer best-of-breed solutions for first responders to help save lives.
